The Croatian/Dutch duo Tezija & Keyra, number 1 croatian DJ’s of 2009, 2010 and 2011 (DJList), started working together back in 2007.
Tezija Zararić (4 May 1990, Vukovar, Croatia) always had her best interest in music, raised from a young age in a musical family and grew up playing the piano and singing. At the age of 8, she played a role as the little brown bear Misty in the children tv show Bando an educational program for children from the age of 5 to 9 years old.
After this she appeared in many shows in person and as cartoon/animation voice over.
In 2004 she decided, beside acting, to build up a career in music, starting with piano and hiphop tunes.
In 2007 she started to collab with Keyra.
Keyra his journey through life started in 1982. Born in a small village and grown up in the city He grow up with music cause of the interest of his father.
At the age of 10 he already played as a dj on friends parties, nothing big, but from then he was infected with the virus and started getting more and more into music. At the age of 16 he started to organise local dance parties and also performed there himself. Influenced by the 90’s he started producing his own tracks.
When Tezija & Keyra found eachother they got signed to Neveah Music and released tracks like Close Connections (with Malev), Apart From You, Miami 646 (as Avdo & Chanel) and Exor (Reloaded).
In February 2009 they set up their own weekly 2 hours progressive/trance radio show Club Nation on a dutch FM station, the show got very populair in a short period. unfortunately the dutch station lost it’s FM frequency after 3 months of broadcasting. At the same time the huge brazilian radio station “Rede Transamerica” wanted them to broadcast their show on their International station based in Nagoya and broadcasting on the FM all over Japan.
After this more stations followed and they are now broadcasted by over 30 stations all around the world in coutries like Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Japan, China, UK, Cyprus, Greece and Israel.
The show is supported by the biggest international DJs like Gareth Emery, Duderstadt, Cosmic Gate, Ashley Wallbridge, Mike koglin, Ernesto vs Bastian, Malev and many others with a 30 minutes guest mix.
Beside the radio show they are working on new productions and remixes.
In 2010 they started their own label Club Nation Records, in the same year they released remixes for artists like Vechigen, Paul Farrin and Polar Motion.
They also released the “Magic Frost EP” together with Vechigen and were played at all big radio stations around the world.
THey later released many new tunes like Club Nation Anthem and A Good Day. Both releases got massive DJ and radio support and was played almost daily on the biggest dance radio on the FM of Germany, Sunshine Live Radio.
Nowadays they have signed several big names at Club Nation Records like: Kamil Esten, Matt Pincer, Lisaya, SlaviX, Rex Brandtner, French Skies, Mike Meade and many others.
With their act “Wrong Plane” (together with Alan Frijns) they got featured on the Tunnel Trance Force 63 CD compilation by DJ Dean.
With their ambient/chillout project Vechigen they remixed many artists and released singles on Club Nation Records and Mountain View and signed at the end of 2012 to the famous Bonzai Music.
They are also signed to the German cult label Tunnel Records that was founded by DJ Dean with their act “Wrong Plane” together with Alan Frijns.
Tezija & Keyra are still growing and they will not sit still in 2013.
